Every Blogger wants their new posts to be crawled and indexed by Google but it’s not as easy as you think. There’s no guarantee if Google will even crawl them or not.

- Optimize posts with relevant keywords: Whenever you published a new post, Google bots will jump on your post. If you have optimized your post with relevant keywords than your post will be crawled soon, So always use relevant keywords to your blog posts if you want to get crawled your post.
- Submit your blog sitemap: It is the basic step and should be done because if you submit your blog sitemap on Google webmaster tools, it will get you indexed faster.
- Interlink your posts: Everyone wants to get crawled their pages faster but it depends on many factor but you can still increase your index rate by interlink your posts and you can do it by various plugins such as SEO Smart Links.
- Get Backlinks From Everywhere: In order to get indexed faster and faster, you have to get backlinks from everywhere (Social media sites, high PR blogs, forums etc). Share your posts to Facebook and Twitter.
Do not think of all done after you’ve indexing by Google. Always take care of your old posts too.
